Annual Convention

The CNSA Annual Convention draws students, faculty and guests from all over the state and this year is no exception! All nursing students and faculty are welcome to attend! Join hundreds of students across the state as we navigate a schedule tailored to maximize your experience. Explore your future in nursing with insight from clinical nurse specialists and nurse leaders. Prepare for what's ahead through sessions led by hiring managers and new graduates with the most up-to-date advice on California's job market.

All nursing and pre-nursing students are welcome! You don't have to be a CNSA Member to attend! Register Now before prices go up!

*Early Bird pricing available until October 1st!

Member: $150 (early), $170 (regular), $190 (onsite)

Non Member: $175 (early), $200 (regular), $225 (onsite)

Faculty: $140 (early), $160 (regular), $180 (onsite)

Group Registration and Discounts
If you would like to register a group or for registration support, please contact Sara Shippy at [email protected]. Group registration must be paid for via one invoice and cannot be applied to individual registrations. We now offer all groups who register via a single invoice the opportunity to receive a discount on registration this year. Any schools or Chapters who pay for ten or more registrations will receive the following discount per registration:

# of Attendees Registration Discount
10 - 24 $5 discount (per person)
25 – 39 $10 discount (per person)
40+ $15 discount (per person)

*Please note that all registration types are eligible for the group discount when paid for as a group. To receive the discount, your group MUST pay via invoice.

Abstract Information

Attendees are encouraged to submit and Abstract and have their poster displayed during Convention.

Convention Refund Policy

Attendee Registration:

Full registration refunds will be granted up to 60 days of the Convention. Partial refunds will only be given up to 30 days prior to the Convention. Any requests for refunds past this date will be considered on a case by case basis.
