University of San Francisco's New RN Graduate Transition to Practice Program in Ambulatory Care
University of San Francisco has joined forces with the California Institute for Nursing and Health Care, and the Kaiser Permanente Fund for Health Education at the East Bay Community Foundation to develop New Nurse Transition programs. For more information regarding this program, click here.
