Step Two: After recruiting 10 members your next step in becoming a chapter is to visit www.NSNA.org
Step Three: click on resources
Step Four: click on chapter tool box
Step Five: click on recruitment tools
Step Six: click on start a chapter
Step Seven: read through information
Step Seven: fill out the chapter request form then submit it
Step Eight: Once you have received confirmation:
Create at least one email account for your chapter.
This can be done free of charge by using a free email service such as hotmail, yahoo or gmail. Please include either your school’s name or initials with either nsa(nursing student association), sna(student nurses association) or cnsa.
csns- for California State Nursing School and nsa- for nursing student association
This will allow for better communication between the board and other chapters!
Be sure to include your faculty advisor’s contact information (name, phone number, email) the above chapter contact email, as well as your President’s contact information (name, phone number, email) You will receive a reply welcome email
