07/01/10 CNSA July Email Blast
Hello CNSA membership! Please don’t forget to check out our online newsletter Range of Motion on our website at www.cnsa.org!
Calling for all senior student or recent class of spring 2010 graduates!
California Institute for Nursing & Health Care (CINHC) is producing a inspiration diveristy video focusing on nursing senior student or recent graduates with the goal of the video will be to interview both underrepresented minority nursing students who are about to graduate (last semester) and RNs and have them discuss the barriers and obstacles that they overcame to complete the nursing program. It is intended to serve as an inspiration to other minorities who are considering becoming an RN. We want them to see the video and say to themself, “if she/he could do it, so can I”.
We are currently finalizing the list of participants and if you meet the qualifications and are interested in participating approximately July 29th, please contact Rosalyn Downsbtndirector@cnsa.org and Pilar DelaCruz-Reyes, RN at Pilar@cinhc.org.
Please include your contact information such as e-mail address and phone number, nursing school, your ethnicity, graduation date and a brief summary of your challenges that you overcame to complete nursing school. Details will be finalized with each participant.
